What is microblading?
Microblading is a manual technique that adds pigment to the skin to mimic natural eyebrow hairs. This semi-permanent makeup method creates individual strokes that result in fuller, more realistic-looking brows.
It’s a great option for anyone who wants perfectly shaped and defined eyebrows all the time, and it’s also ideal for enhancing facial features.

2. HANDS-ON TRAINING

Meet Your Instructor: Audrey Richer
In 2017, Audrey entered the permanent makeup industry. Like many technicians at the time—and still the case for some today—she felt that her initial training fell short of the minimum required to confidently offer her new services.
In 2020, Audrey began gaining experience as an instructor at an academy in Montreal. However, she wanted to provide more for her students. In 2022, she developed a new training program designed to ensure the success of her students from the moment they receive their certification.
With over 18 advanced courses in permanent makeup under her belt since she started, Audrey’s training model is based on the common challenges new technicians face after certification, ensuring they can practice their services like seasoned professionals.
